Pam Somers, CPIM, CSCP, is an Implementation Specialist at RSS Solutions in Kitchener, Ontario.  She joined RSS in 2004, after 17 years in various operations management roles in the aerospace and defense industry.  Previous assignments have included ERP Implementation Team Leader and Manager, Operations Scheduling.  Pam has been an active APICS volunteer and presenter at the Chapter, Region and Society levels for 15 years.
