APICS The Association for Operations Management is the global leader and premier source of the body of knowledge in operations management, including production, inventory, supply chain, materials management, purchasing, and logistics. Since 1957, individuals and companies have relied on APICS for its superior training, internationally recognized certifications, comprehensive resources, and worldwide network of accomplished industry professionals.

The APICS chapters in Canada have been bringing professional development and networking opportunities to professionals since 1961, when APICS chartered the Hamilton Chapter, its first chapter outside the United States.  During its first year, chapters were formed in Toronto, the Grand Valley area, in Montreal, London, and the Niagara region.  Since then, we have grown to include 19 professional chapters, and 13 student chapters, providing services to members and the community from coast to coast.
